Product Description

Storage conditions
Before use, the resin should be stored in its original packaging (to avoid damage caused by opening the barrel) in a dry room at 5 ºC -30 ºC and used as soon as possible;
When the resin is not in use for a long time, it should be stored in its original packaging (to avoid opening and damage) in a low-temperature environment or cold storage;
The increase in temperature and light exposure will significantly reduce the storage period, and direct sunlight and heat sources should be avoided during storage;
Excessive temperature difference may cause condensation and affect the curing of the resin;
Unsaturated polyester resin liquids containing styrene are flammable and should be stored away from open flames.
Zero shrinkage mold resin
Neomould ® 1982-W-1 is a low volatility, filled, pre promoted, styrene soluble unsaturated polyester resin with low reactivity and low viscosity, without shrinkage during curing.

Characteristic performance
Neomould ® The 1982-W-1 has the characteristics of rapid solidification, low heat release, and zero shrinkage in thin layers, making it very suitable for mold manufacturing. Neomould ® The special formula of 1982-W-1 makes it easy to operate, quickly infiltrates fiberglass, and there is no sagging phenomenon during construction. And the color of the resin makes it easy to detect bubbles in the layer. After curing, it will not stick to the hands and will not affect the adhesion of the secondary layer. Each time, the maximum layer is 5mm, and the required thickness for a regular mold can be achieved twice.
