Curing conditions and layup structure of laminated boards |
Add 0.5g of accelerator NL 51P, 0.5g of NL63-10P, and 1.5g of curing agent Butanox M50 to 100g of resin. After curing at room temperature for 24 hours, cure at 100 ºC for another 3 hours. Application
Atlac ® 580 is suitable for all manufacturing processes, and is particularly suitable for processes such as winding, centrifugal casting, pultrusion, hand layup, and spraying. Additional styrene can be added to achieve the required viscosity for resin injection molding technology. Atlac ® 580 can also be mixed with glass flakes or mica to produce mortar (putty), flooring, and equipment lining systems. It can be used as a gel coat based resin and a ship lamination resin.
