PRODUCTION PROCESS
Step1: entering raw materials. Feed the raw materials from the tanker truck into the raw material storage tank.
Step 2: Feed. The liquid material is pumped from the raw material storage tank to the highest place, and the solid material is dropped according to a certain proportion. (Fourth floor)
Step3: reaction kettle. The raw materials are allowed to react in the reactor, and the computer remotely monitors them. (Third floor)
Step 4: Dilute the kettle. Dilute and adjust the temperature. (Second floor)
Step 5: Automatic lling machine. Fill the produced resin into a tank. (First floor)
