Production Description
SWANCOR 977-S is a high-performance vinyl ester resin with excellent solvent resistance characteristics, such as EDC, DMF, chlorobenzene, benzene... The highly soluble solvent, but also has excellent high temperature properties, still has a good performance at 200ºC.

 

 

Pack, keep in storage, And operation
1. SWANCOR 977-S in 55 gallon iron barrels weighing 200 kg, 5 gallon iron barrels weighing 20 kg.
2. SWANCOR 977-S is a reactive resin, which should be placed in a cool place during storage. If storage for too long, open the bottle cap into the air to extend the storage time.
3. The gelation time of SWANCOR 977-S is mainly affected by the content of promoter and the concentration of hardening agent. Because the difference of hardening agent, humidity, pigment filler and other additives will affect the hardening characteristics, it is recommended to use this product, it is best for the operator to first to test the hardening characteristics in a small amount under the set operating conditions.
 

 

Sclerosis system
1. Normal temperature hardening system used for SWANCOR 977-S is available:
(1) MEKPO / cobalt octanoate: When the OS temperature is low, the recommended use of SWANCOR 1300 promoter will help SWANCOR 977-S hardening.
(2) Type SWANCOR C hardening agent / cobalt octanoate: Type SWANCO R C hardening agent / cobalt octanoate system should be used to reduce the exothermic temperature to reduce thermal cracking.
