 Storage Notes:
Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat sources. Keep the container sealed. Should be separated from reducing agent, acid
types,alkali and food chemicals when storage , avoid mixing reservoir. Use explosion-proof lighting and ventilation facilities. Mechanical equipment and tools that produce sparks easily is prohibited to use. Storage area should be equipped with leak emergency treatment equipment and proper container. Do not shake, hit or rub.
After a period of time, there may be some quality loss in the product. To minimize quality loss, Wanqian Chemical recommends the highest for each product

For TC-E Cobalt octoate solution: 
Maximum storage temperature=30 ° C
Minimum storage temperature=-10 ° C

When stored under the recommended conditions, TC accelerator E can remain within the product specifications of Wanqian Chemical for at least 3 months after delivery.

 

 

Properties
This product is the best light color accelerator for room temperature curing of unsaturated polyester resin. It is usually used in conjunction with peroxide initiators such as cyclohexanone peroxide or methyl ethyl ketone peroxide, with a general dosage of about 0.5% -2.5% of the resin. Widely used in fiberglass, Baoli board, polyester home furnishings, artificial agate, buttons, craft casting, etc.

Packaging and transportation
The standard packaging is 20 kilograms of solution in 25 liter HDPE barrels. Packaging and transportation comply with international regulations. Regarding the availability of other quantitative packaging, please contact Wanqian Chemical's sales representative.

 

Safety and operation
Keep the container tightly closed. Store and operate TC promoter E in a dry and well ventilated area, away from heat or ignition sources, and avoid direct sunlight.

It is prohibited to weigh and pack in the storage room.

Under no circumstances should accelerators be directly mixed with organic peroxide curing agents. If it is related to organic peroxides such as methyl ethyl ketone peroxide.

Direct contact with the curing agent can cause a violent explosive reaction, causing adverse consequences. Therefore, when using it, the curing agent should be added to the resin first,Stir evenly, then add the accelerator. After stirring evenly, it can be used.
