Process Operation Guidelines
A. Recommend using MEKP curing system with a dosage of 1%~2.5%; Depending on the construction temperature
Adjust the amount of curing agent. If the process requires a longer gel time (>60min), tert butyl catechol inhibitor can be added in the MEKP system. The workshop temperature should be maintained between 18 ºC and 32 ºC, and the workshop humidity should be maintained between 40% and 90%. Constant workshop conditions will obtain constant gel time and help manufacturers produce high-quality products.
B. During the curing process, it is recommended to add 0.2% wax with a melting point of 54-57 ° C to the surface of the product. When added, a 10% styrene solution is prepared. The final product with good curing will not stick to the surface.
C. Thixotropic resin, it is recommended to perform appropriate barrel rolling and gentle stirring before use to make the product uniform and conducive to operation.

Room temperature cured products also need to undergo post curing treatment to achieve optimal physical and chemical properties. Prior to this, the product needs to undergo 24 hours of room temperature curing. The post curing conditions are: 80-100oC/3-6 hours (thick products take longer); For components used for chemical corrosion resistance, post curing is particularly important.
